OCTOBER 28 – HBO Max’s LOVE LIFE *Season Premiere*
  • Season 2 of the HBO Max original romantic comedy anthology series LOVE LIFE debuts with three episodes on Thursday, Oct. 28. The 10-episode new season focuses on Marcus Watkins, (Emmy Award® nominee, and executive producer William Jackson Harper), as he comes out of a years-long relationship with the woman he thought was going to be his person. After the rug is pulled out from under him, he is plunged back into the search for the romantic fulfillment that he thought he had already found.
OCTOBER 28 – STAR TREK: PRODIGY *Series Premiere*
  • Developed by Emmy Award winners Kevin and Dan Hageman (TROLLHUNTERS, NINJAGO), the new animated series, STAR TREK: PRODIGY premieres with two episodes Thursday, Oct. 28 on Crave and CTV Sci-Fi Channel. The first STAR TREK series aimed at younger audiences, STAR TREK: PRODIGY follows a motley crew of young aliens who must figure out how to work together while navigating a greater galaxy, in search of a better future. These six young outcasts know nothing about the ship they have commandeered – a first in the history of the STAR TREK franchise – but over the course of their adventures together, they are introduced to Starfleet and the ideals it represents. The series follows a weekly release schedule with new episodes dropping Thursdays on Crave and airing at 6 p.m. ET on CTV Sci-Fi Channel.
OCTOBER 28 – HBO Max’s SELENA + CHEF *Season Premiere*
  • SELENA + CHEF is back with more chefs from around the world, more great recipes, more friends and family around the table, and more surprises that take the joy of learning how to cook to the next level. Beginning Thursday, Oct. 28, Season 3 embraces fun (Covid-safe) group recipes for game nights, brunches, birthdays, holidays, and more. As in its first two seasons, in every episode, each chef will highlight a different charity. To date, the series has raised $360,000 for 23 non-profit organizations. SELENA + CHEF follows a weekly release schedule, with two new episodes dropping Thursdays.
OCTOBER 29 – THE CONJURING: THE DEVIL MADE ME DO IT *Movie Premiere*
  • Based on a true chilling story of terror, murder, and unknown evil, THE CONJURING: THE DEVIL MADE ME DO IT premieres on Friday, Oct. 29, just in time for Halloween. Paranormal investigators Ed (Patrick Wilson) and Lorraine Warren (Vera Farmiga) take on one of the most sensational cases of their careers after a cop stumbles upon a dazed and bloodied young man walking down the road. Accused of murder, the suspect claims demonic possession as his defense, forcing the Warrens into a supernatural inquiry unlike anything they have ever seen before.
OCTOBER 30 – HBO’s THE SHOP: UNINTERRUPTED *Season Finale*
  • Joining Maverick Carter for the season finale of THE SHOP: UNINTERRUPTED, Saturday, Oct. 30 at 9 p.m. ET, are: legendary footballer and president/co-owner of Inter Miami CF David Beckham; actor, writer, producer, and television host James Corden; rapper Saweetie; NASCAR Cup Series driver Bubba Wallace; actress and comedian Yvonne Orji; and the Springhill Company’s chief marketing officer, Paul Rivera. THE SHOP: UNINTERRUPTED, from Executive Producers LeBron James and Maverick Carter staged periodically throughout the year, offers conversation and debate between a unique ensemble of some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment.
OCTOBER 31 – DOCTOR WHO *Season Premiere*
  • Season 13 of DOCTOR WHO premieres Sunday, Oct. 31 at 8 p.m. ET on Crave and CTV Sci-Fi Channel. Jodie Whittaker (BROADCHURCH), Mandip Gill (HOLLYOAKS), John Bishop (SKINS), and Jacob Anderson (GAME OF THRONES) star in an epic, six-part adventure which takes the Doctor and her friends to the edge of the universe and beyond, in a battle for survival. Packed with action, humour, terrifying new villains, and iconic returning monsters such as the Sontarans and the Weeping Angels, the new season of DOCTOR WHO tells one story, across a vast canvas. From Liverpool to the depths of space, via the Crimean war and a planet named Atropos which shouldn’t even exist, fighting old foes and new creatures from beyond our dimension, the Doctor and company face a race against (and through!) time, to uncover a universe-spanning mystery: what is the Flux?
