  • As the world’s medical research community grapples with the current COVID-19 pandemic, a timely new documentary from SHOWTIME explores the nascent biohacking movement and the unconventional scientists and researchers developing alternative medicines to prolong human life and eradicate incurable viruses and diseases. CITIZEN BIO, which premieres Friday, Oct. 30 at 9 p.m. ET, hails from Canadian filmmakers Trish Dolman (Canada in a Day) and Graeme Manson (ORPHAN BLACK), and follows the stories of four of America’s most notorious biohackers and their relationships with Aaron Traywick, a self-proclaimed biohacker whose life took a tragic turn when he was mysteriously found dead at the age of 28. Following his death, theories began floating around about whether it was linked to the potential ground-breaking treatments he was developing, treatments that could have the power to disrupt the highly regulated pharmaceutical market.

  • The first five episodes of HULU’s eight-part anthology series, MONSTERLAND, join Crave on Saturday, Oct. 31. Broken people are driven to desperate acts in an attempt to repair their lives, ultimately learning there is a thin line between man and beast.

  • Emmy® and Peabody® Award-winning late-night host Stephen Colbert presents SHOWTIME’s live election night special, STEPHEN COLBERT’S ELECTION NIGHT 2020: DEMOCRACY’S LAST STAND: BUILDING BACK AMERICA GREAT AGAIN BETTER 2020. Premiering live on Tuesday, Nov. 3 at 11 p.m. ET and on demand the following morning, the one-hour special will feature the celebrated host of THE LATE SHOW WITH STEPHEN COLBERT reacting in real-time to election results as the state-by-state returns come in. Guests will include American radio presenter and author, Charlamagne Tha God, and hosts Alex Wagner, John Heilemann, and Mark McKinnon of SHOWTIME’s THE CIRCUS.
What Critics Are Saying about HBO’s THE UNDOING   “a supremely gripping marriage thriller” “Grant and Nicole Kidman bring an upscale gloss to a potboiler that is endlessly entertaining even though it includes a bludgeoned murder victim. […] Once again, Kidman brings sympathy and understanding to this smart woman with questionable judgement, who now faces the question: how well do you know the people you love? […] Sure, it has themes of class and privilege, but THE UNDOING is really as weightless and as delightful as the soap bubbles that float across the screen in the opening credits.” – Caryn James, BBC   “A seriously upmarket, nicely made whodunit” “[…] prestige popcorn entertainment […] terrifically loaded with twists.” – John Doyle, The Globe and Mail   “In ‘THE UNDOING,’ Nicole Kidman and Hugh Grant Anchor a Gilded, Toxic Murder Mystery” “The new HBO limited series is, to no one’s surprise, ably acted and handsomely made. […] When Kidman’s character Grace gets overwhelmed, we see flashes of the horrors running through her head […]. In these unsettling moments, when Grace acts as an unreliable narrator in the increasingly bizarre story of her own life, “THE UNDOING” is extremely effective as a psychological thriller.” – Caroline Framke, Variety   Crave Audience Metrics   Crave continues to have Canadians covered, delivering the best movies, TV series, and original hits all in one place.
