Marc Maron returns with Season 4 of hit comedy series
MARON. Premiering with back-to-back episodes on
Sunday, June 26, 2016 at
8 p.m. ET on
The Movie Network, the series settles into its regular
Sundays at
8:30 p.m. timeslot beginning
July 3.
MARON explores a semi-fictionalized version of Marc’s life, chronicling his day-to-day struggle to maintain relationships other than the ones with his podcast audience and his beloved trio of cats. Season 4 of
MARON picks up where the Season 3 cliffhanger left off, with comedian and podcaster Marc Maron’s fictional alter-ego falling off the wagon and quickly sliding down the ladder of success.

Project X), Jonah Ray (TRIPTANK), Whitney Cummings (WHITNEY), M.C. Gainey (KINGDOM), and Ron Perlman (SONS OF ANARCHY). Returning cast members include Judd Hirsch (DAMAGES) and Andy Kindler (BOB’S BURGERS) as Marc’s father and close friend.
Marc Maron has been writing and performing stand-up comedy for more than 20 years. He has appeared as a guest on countless television shows, in addition to hosting the radio shows
Morning Sedition, The Marc Maron Show, and
Breakroom Live with Maron and Seder. In 2009, Maron created podcast
WTF with Marc Maron, which was named by
Rolling Stone magazine as one of the Top 20 comedy podcasts of 2014.
Marc Maron is the creator, executive producer, and writer of
MARON. Apostle’s Denis Leary and Jim Serpico (RESCUE ME) are also executive producers, along with Michael Jamin (WILFRED), Sivert Glarum (KING OF THE HILL), Duncan Birmingham (QUEER AS FOLK
), and Olivia Wingate (
