Space is gearing up for Hallows’ Eve with the series premiere of STAN AGAINST EVIL, airing Thursdays at 10 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. ET, beginning this Thursday, Oct. 12. Screeners for the premiere episode, “Dig Me Up Dig Me Down” are available on the Bell Media PR site. Click here to login, or, click here to request credentials. In this haunting comedy horror, 172 demons have been unleashed on the residents of Williard’s Mill as payback for a massive witch-burning hundreds of years ago. Evie (Janet Varney), the lucky new sheriff in town, needs to work with the former sheriff, Stan Miller (John C. McGinley), who was forced to retire after an altercation at his wife’s funeral. The only way both Evie and Stan can save the town is to find and destroy every one of the demons. In the series premiere at 10 p.m. ET, after the death of his wife, Sheriff Stan Miller is forced into retirement and replaced by Evie Barret. Evie discovers the town is possessed by demons, and that Stan’s wife was the only one keeping them at bay. Stan and Evie must join forces to stay alive. An all-new episode immediately follows at 10:30 p.m. ET. In “Know, Know, Know Your Goat”, Stan’s daughter Denise goes blueberry picking and comes home with a pet goat that turns out to be The Baphomet, an ancient, goat-based demon who wants both Stan and Denise dead.
