Sparks fly as Discovery relives all the high-octane action of the BATTLEBOTS 2019 World Championship.

As fans eagerly await another round of BATTLEBOTS, Discovery gives viewers the chance to relive the metal-crunching fun of Season 4 on Sundays at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT, beginning April 19. The battle for glory kicks off as 67 robotic competitors enter the arena for the 2019 World Championship in hopes of wrecking enough havoc on their opponents to take home the coveted top prize – the Giant Nut. For the uninitiated, each match in the competition features two homemade remote-controlled robots facing off in three-minute rounds with the goal being to destroy or disable their opponent. If there is no knockout during the battle, a panel of judges will declare a victor. The winner of each match moves forward in the tournament and continues to fight their way to the top spot. Episodes of BATTLEBOTS also highlight the design and build of each custom-made robot – from Tombstone, Minotaur, and Witch Doctor to Bronco, Bombshell, and Yeti – providing the backstories of the builders from all over the world and their pursuit of the BATTLEBOTS championship.
