Montreal, QC (July 23, 2012) – For the 30th anniversary of the Just For Laughs festival, The Comedy Network presents Montreal with the ultimate present – its presence! From July 23 – July 28, the network will film the star-studded comedy galas, deliver online celebrity-infused video updates at thecomedynetwork.ca, and lend some network exec expertise during the Comedy Conference. Why all the love? Well, as announced last month, Comedy and Just For Laughs struck a multi-year deal to deliver 13 hours of side-splitting content to Comedy viewers this Fall. Produced in association with Just For Laughs Television, the JUST FOR LAUGHS: ALL ACCESS gala series is hosted by The Muppets, Bill Hader, Joel McHale, Jack McBrayer, Jeremy Hotz, Jason Jones, and John Pinette.

In addition to the comedy stars already announced, including Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele (KEY & PEELE), Debra DiGiovanni (VIDEO ON TRIAL), Caroline Rhea (HOLLYWOOD SQUARES), Chris D’Elia (CTV’s WHITNEY), Mario Cantone (SEX AND THE CITY), Jay Pharaoh (SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE), Jim Breuer (Half Baked), and Danny Bhoy, JUST FOR LAUGHS: ALL ACCESS also features the likes of Paul F. Tompkins, Seán Cullen, Darrin Rose, Todd Glass, Bobby Slayton, Andy Kindler, Dave Merheje, Levi MacDougall, Tim Steeves, Niles Seguin, Wayne Brady, Tom Papa, Mike Birbiglia, Derek Edwards and more!

The Comedy Network is also gifting the internet with more hilarity with the help of home-grown comics Emma Hunter and Nathan Macintosh. Serving as the network’s official on-the-ground reporters for thecomedynework.ca, they’re both fully committed to rubbing elbows with the best in the biz during the Fest, and will also conveniently be featured in JUST FOR LAUGHS: ALL ACCESS

For those not able to join in on the Montreal hijinks in person, thecomedynework.cawill be updated regularly with video highlights. Not only is it the perfect way to capture all the fun, but they’ll also include interviews with comedians featured throughout Just For Laughs. More digital video content from Just For Laughs will be available this fall in conjunction with the broadcast of JUST FOR LAUGHS: ALL ACCESS
