TORONTO (June 20, 2013) – The hunt for laughs is on as those beloved blue collar boys are back in the all-new animated series BOUNTY HUNTERS, premiering Wednesday, July 17 at 10 p.m. ET on The Comedy Network. The 13-episode half-hour series produced in Montreal and Ottawa, is executive produced and voiced by stars Jeff Foxworthy (BLUE COLLAR TV, THE JEFF FOXWORTHY SHOW), Larry The Cable Guy (ONLY IN AMERICA WITH LARRY THE CABLE GUY, Cars), and Bill Engvall (THE BILL ENGVALL SHOW, HAWTHORNE), and also features Lisa Lampanelli (INSIDE AMY SCHUMER, Lisa Lampanelli: Tough Love). BOUNTY HUNTERS follows funny guys Foxworthy, Larry the Cable Guy, and Engvall as they track down fugitives for their two-bit bounty hunting business in the small southern town of Skeeter Creek.

Before the criminal catching begins, there is even more action south of the border with the Season 2 premiere of ONLY IN AMERICA WITH LARRY THE CABLE GUY on Monday, July 1 at 10 p.m. ET. In the season premiere, “Alaska Road Trip,” Larry the Cable Guy travels to Alaska where he attempts to bust moose poachers, uncovers Alaskan greatness, and drops in unannounced on Sarah Palin, the city of Wasilla’s most famous citizen.

While the bounty hunters do their best to chase down fugitives, they also try to please the tough-as-nails bondswoman who throws them cases (Lampanelli). The guys also have to deal with Jeff’s ex-wife Stacy and her smarmy new husband Nathan, voiced by Samantha Bee and Jason Jones (THE DAILY SHOW). Also in the mix are local rednecks including Jesco (voiced by Dave Thomas, SCTV), who happens to also be Jeff’s dad. The bounties tend to be peculiar, and are voiced by guest stars including MATCH GAME’s Seán Cullen, Kellie Pickler (DANCING WITH THE STARS), and Blake Shelton (THE VOICE).

In the premiere episode of BOUNTY HUNTERS, “Three Rednecks and a Baby,” airing Wednesday, July 17 at 10 p.m. ET on Comedy, Jeff, Larry the Cable Guy, and Bill have to care for a newborn baby while chasing a fugitive through the wilderness of Skeeter Swamp.

The digital team from producers Muse Entertainment (Alfred Hedgehog, Gawayn) have teamed up with Big Jump Interactive (Urban Jumper, Beats in Bites’ Beat Box Mixer, Zeely’s Adventure) to create a mobile (IOS and Android) game based on BOUNTY HUNTERS.  Skeeter Creek Armchair Racer is an octane-fuelled racing app that fuses the plush comfort of grandpa’s lazy-boy with the rip-roaring fun of lawn mower racing, all while attempting to apprehend a bunch of low-life-bail-jumpers who are inspired from the series, and who are using the race to escape. The game is set to launch on Tuesday, July 16, so check TheComedyNetwork.ca and The Comedy Network Facebook and Twitter pages for Skeeter Creek Armchair Racer release dates and updates.

BOUNTY HUNTERS is produced by Muse Entertainment in association with Parallel Entertainment, with animation services provided by Big Jump Productions. Directed by Cory Morrison (UGLY AMERICANS), Glenn Clements (THE DAILY SHOW), Ben Levin (STEVEN UNIVERSE), and Matt Burnett (LEVEL UP) are co-creators. Eric Horsted (FUTURAMA) is showrunner. Executive producers are Foxworthy, Larry the Cable Guy, Engvall, Horsted, and Clements, as well as Joel S. Rice (Cyberbully), Michael Prupas (BOMB GIRLS), and Jesse Prupas (Life of Pi) for Muse Entertainment. JP Williams (ONLY IN AMERICA WITH LARRY THE CABLE GUY), and Jennifer Novak (ONLY IN AMERICA WITH LARRY THE CABLE GUY) are executive producers for Parallel Entertainment.
