MONTRÉAL (July 25, 2018) – Cameras roll this week at
Montréal’s Just For Laughs Festival as The Comedy Network is on the ground to nab 13 hours of high-profile and homegrown hilarity, featuring a whopping 87 of the industry’s highest-profile and rising-star comics.
From
July 25 – 28, the network shoots its refreshed roster of all-new stand-up specials, including four exclusive one-hour galas hosted by superstar comics
Jeff Dunham and THE DAILY SHOW’s
Trevor Noah, and an all-new, cutting-edge, eight-episode, one-hour club series hosted by Canadian stand-up sensation
Katherine Ryan.
As well, filmed for the first time ever for broadcast, Comedy captures the
HOMEGROWN COMICS showcase, shining a spotlight on handpicked Canadian comics with the one-hour special premieres
Monday, September 3 at
9 p.m. ET/PT exclusively on Comedy.
