TSN Delivers Coverage of Team Canada at this Weekend’s MONACO RUGBY SEVENS Olympic Games Qualifier, June 18 & 19

In partnership with Rugby Canada, TSN delivers coverage of Team Canada competing in this weekend’s high-stakes MONACO RUGBY SEVENS Olympic Games qualifier – the final chance for Canada’s Men’s Sevens Team to qualify ahead of the sport’s historic debut at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Coverage of the winner-takes-all tournament begins with all 24 games from the preliminary round on Saturday, June 18 at 4:55 a.m. ET on TSN GO. A recap of all Team Canada matchups airs in prime-time at 7 p.m. ET on TSN2. The action culminates with the playoffs on Sunday, June 19 at 4:10 a.m. ET on TSN4 (see below for complete broadcast schedule). Battling for Team Canada are RUGBY WORLD CUP veterans Ciaran Hearn, team captain John Moonlight, Conor Trainor, and Nathan Hirayama. Team Canada’s men’s team looks to join the Canada’s Women’s Sevens team, who have already qualified for Rio 2016.
