– 2025 IIHF WOMEN’S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP is live from Czechia April 9-20; IIHF MEN’S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP runs from May 9-25, live from Sweden and Denmark –

Beginning this week, TSN is Canada’s home for every game of the IIHF Women’s and Men’s World Hockey Championships. The world’s best women’s hockey players meet in Ceske Budejovice, Czechia for the 2025 IIHF WOMEN’S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, live from April 9-20. Then the world’s top men’s international hockey teams hit the ice for the 2025 IIHF MEN’S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, live from Stockholm, Sweden and Herning, Denmark from May 9-25. TSN and TSN+ combine to deliver every game of both tournaments, including the quarter-finals, semifinals, and Bronze and Gold Medal Games. The full broadcast schedules for both tournaments are available here. 2025 IIHF WOMEN’S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP Coverage Calling the action from Czechia is play-by-play commentator Kenzie Lalonde alongside analyst Cheryl Pounder, a six-time IIHF WOMEN’S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP gold medallist and two-time Olympic gold medallist. The tournament also features play-by-play commentator Daniella Ponticelli alongside four-time IIHF WOMEN’S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP gold medallist and three-time Olympic gold medallist Becky Kellar as analyst. SPORTSCENTRE’s Laura Diakun and BarDown’s Reagan Subban share in-studio hosting duties, with four-time IIHF WOMEN’S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP gold medallist and two-time Olympic gold medallist Sami Jo Small and four-time IIHF WOMEN’S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP gold medalist and two-time Olympic silver medallist Megan Bozek as analysts. Brit Dort reports live from Czechia, providing updates and player interviews throughout the tournament. 2025 IIHF MEN’S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP Coverage TSN’s Canadian Screen Award-winning play-by-play commentator Gord Miller leads the network’s coverage alongside game analyst and former Team Canada Men’s Worlds forward Mike Johnson. Miller and Johnson deliver the call on-site in Stockholm for all games in Group A, including Canada’s matchups and all medal round games in Stockholm. Dan Robertson calls Group B matchups in Herning, alongside game analyst Kevin Sawyer. Lindsay Hamilton and Brit Dort report live from Stockholm and Herning, providing updates and player interviews throughout the tournament. TSN’s Mark Roe and BarDown’s Daniel Zakrzewski host the network’s in-studio coverage alongside Stanley Cup winner Dave Reid; former Norris Trophy winner Mark Giordano; and Carlo Colaiacovo, co-host of TSN 1050 Toronto’s morning program FIRST UP.
