TORONTO (July 28, 2017) – TSN hits the pitch as Canada’s national senior women’s team takes on the world’s elite at the 2017 WOMEN’S RUGBY WORLD CUP – one of 60+ iconic championship events that live on TSN. With coverage running Aug. 9-26, Canada’s Sports Leader delivers every Canada match, plus the semifinals and final, beginning Wednesday, Aug. 9 with Canada’s tournament opener versus Hong Kong at 12 noon ET on TSN (see below or visit TSN.ca for complete broadcast schedule).
TSN’s Laura Diakun hosts the network’s coverage from the TSN studios alongside Brian Spanton, a former member of Canada’s men’s rugby team, who delivers in-depth analysis on the tournament.
