The 2015 IIHF WOMEN’S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP marks the second time that TSN has broadcast the event from Sweden, previously hosting the 2005 event in Linkoping and Norrkoping.

Team Canada features 11 players who won a gold medal with Canada’s National Women’s Team at the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia. The roster is also Canada’s youngest ever for the event, with 10 players competing in their first IIHF Women’s World Championship.
