TORONTO (December 19, 2014) – TSN showcases the best teams in college football, delivering live coverage of the first-ever COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYOFF. The network’s 25-game college football post-season schedule begins with five games tomorrow, Saturday, Dec. 20, and culminates with the crowning of the first COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYOFF winner as national champion on Monday, Jan. 12 (see below for broadcast schedule).
TSN is Canada’s home to ESPN’s extensive coverage of college football post-season games. ESPN’s 2014 regular-season college football schedule set an industry record for total game coverage, reaching hundreds of millions of fans across multiple television and digital platforms.

The inaugural year of the COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYOFF format features the four top-ranked teams facing off in the COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYOFF SEMIFINALS on Thursday, Jan. 1. Heisman Trophy winner Marcus Mariota and the #2-ranked Oregon Ducks take on the #3-ranked Florida State Seminoles in the ROSE BOWL GAME Presented by Northwestern Mutual at 4 p.m. ET on TSN, followed by the #1-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide facing the #4-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes in the ALLSTATE SUGAR BOWL at 8:30 p.m. ET on TSN. The winners of these games will go on to compete for the biggest prize in college football at the COLLEGE FOOTBALL PLAYOFF NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP Presented by AT&T on Monday, Jan. 12 at 8:30 p.m. ET on TSN.
