Summer may be drawing to a close, but the hits just won’t stop on iHeartRadio Canada’s VIRGIN RADIO network, Canada’s home of #1 hit music. VIRGIN RADIO stations across the country are unveiling a number of changes to their programming lineups, to keep bringing the party as listeners head into the fall.
Beginning today, VIRGIN RADIO stations across Canada feature IHEARTRADIO NIGHTS airing at a new time, weeknights from 7 – 11 p.m. Join host Myles Galloway for a nightly journey into the latest hits and trending news from around the world of music.
Listeners can sing along to their favourite jams every Saturday night with the high-energy, interactive MOST REQUESTED LIVE with Romeo, airing 7 p.m. – midnight, and close out the weekend with the all-new VIRGIN RADIO WEEKENDER, airing Sundays from 6 -10 p.m. with hosts Dames Nellas, Amy Spencer, and Juliette Nunes.
Shannon Burns counts down the most essential hits of the moment with the IHEARTRADIO TOP 20, airing every Sunday at 10 a.m. on VIRGIN RADIO stations across Canada.
Following VIRGIN RADIO’s beloved local morning shows airing each morning from 5:30 – 10 a.m., listeners can also catch up with Burns weekdays as she hosts the midday program from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. across multiple stations, including 99.9 VIRGIN RADIO TORONTO, 105.3 VIRGIN RADIO KW, 97.5 VIRGIN RADIO LONDON, 93.9 VIRGIN RADIO WINDSOR, and 101.3 VIRGIN RADIO HALIFAX.
Additionally, listeners tuning in to this new daily lineup can join in on the VIRGIN RADIO 5K-A-DAY Contest, giving fans across Canada the chance to win $5,000 every weekday from Sept. 7 – Oct. 15.
VIRGIN RADIO stations across Canada are also available via audio live stream on the iHeartRadio Canada app and iHeartRadio.ca. The network is also connected through Alexa, Siri, and Google Home smart speakers.
