CORNER GAS ANIMATED, The Comedy Network's most-watched original series of all time, features gas station owner Brent Leroy (Comedian, Creator, Executive Producer, Showrunner and Star, Brent Butt) and the colourful characters of Dog River, a tiny Saskatchewan town where everyone knows everyone’s business, whether they want to or not.

Cast & Characters

Wanda Dollard (Nancy Robertson)

  • S1 - Episode 13

Hank wants to build a zip line in town and Lacey and Brent help out so he doesn’t get himself killed. Karen and Davis crack down on Dog River’s “Free Corner”– the spot where everyone dumps stuff they don’t want – much to the dismay of the locals. Meanwhile, Emma and Oscar score a free robot vacuum that Oscar befriends… that is until Wanda soups it up.

  • S1 - Episode 12

    "Sunny and Share"

Hank and the locals jostle for a seat in the sun at the Summer Solstice Deck Party at The Ruby. Wanda observes (and annoys) guests when she tries to complete an article for a human psychology blog at the party. Brent secretly sells the special popsicles Emma has made just for him – while Oscar experiments with his own popsicle recipes against doctor’s orders. Meanwhile, Davis and Karen are forced to share a gun when Davis’ revolver is sent in for repairs.

  • S1 - Episode 11

It’s cigars and “Battle Brides” night for the women of Dog River but they can’t shake Hank from the girls-only event. Meanwhile, Brent stocks a new drink called “Commander Cola” in Corner Gas and Wanda becomes oddly attracted to the product’s cardboard promotional military man. Meanwhile, Oscar and Davis buy lottery tickets together and can’t stop arguing over how to split the winnings.

  • S1 - Episode 10

    "Retro Grade"

Wanda convinces Brent and Hank into re-taking their high school exams to see who is smarter while the Citizens of Dog River plan a 70s party at the bar. Lacey, who is used to being in control, is perturbed by the party planning committee and their lack of direction. Davis and Karen argue about their costumes for the big event while Oscar’s sexy getup throws Emma into a tizzy.

  • S1 - Episode 9

    "Spy My to the Moon"

Lacey (Gabrielle Miller) wants to take pictures of a Blue Moon rising over Dog River, but things get awkward when she and Brent (Brent Butt) realize just how romantic moon-gazing can be. Hank (Fred Ewanuick) is suspicious when Oscar (Eric Peterson) is nice to Emma (Corrine Koslo). Meanwhile, Wanda (Nancy Robertson) is jealous when Davis (Lorne Cardinal) wins an advance copy of the Max Braylorn Spy Trilogy and sets out to “borrow” the book before Davis can take his time with it.

  • S1 - Episode 8

    "Rum Punch"

Hank (Frank Ewanuick) accidentally punches Brent (Brent Butt) and they agree Brent can punch Hank back to settle the score. But when Brent takes his sweet time to make his move, Wanda (Nancy Robertson) cashes in on the standoff. Meanwhile, Karen (Tara Spencer-Nairn) and Davis (Lorne Cardinal) find moonshine in the woods, which ends up helping Lacey (Gabriell Miller) and Emma’s (Corrine Koslo) fundraiser.

  • S1 - Episode 7

    "Scary Cat Graffiti"

Lacey (Gabrielle Miller) is horrified to discover that she's featured in sexy graffiti scrawled on the side of The Ruby and Davis (Lorne Cardinal) investigates. Emma (Corrine Koslo) offers to cover it up but gets a little too creative. Meanwhile, Hank (Fred Ewanuick) and Brent (Brent Butt) restore a vintage car they bought from Old Man Wilkie, a man Oscar (Eric Peterson) hates... if only he could remember why. Karen (Tara Spencer-Nairn) prepares to have her photo taken for The National Bravery of the Year Ward until a stray cat keeps her out of the spotlight.

  • S1 - Episode 6

    "Shelter Skelter"

After Hank (Fred Ewanuick) watches Hippothermia, an apocalyptic movie, the citizens of Dog River decide they need an emergency plan in case the end of the world is near. Davis (Lorne Cardinal), Karen (Tara Spencer-Nairn) and Wanda (Nancy Robertson) argue over who would lead Dog River in an apocalypse, while Hank and Oscar (Eric Peterson) build a disaster shelter. Sick of Brent (Brent Butt) and Lacey's (Gabrielle Miller) bickering, Emma (Corrine Koslo) traps them in her cellar to force them to hash things out.

  • S1 - Episode 5

    "Flush Photography"

The Dog River sewer system backs up causing chaos. No one can use their toilets, so Karen (Tara Spencer-Nairn) and Davis (Lorne Cardinal) bring in a porta-potty that everyone fights over. Hank (Fred Ewanuick) sees a business opportunity and starts PUBER, a mobile outhouse. Wanda (Nancy Robertson) thinks she's responsible for the clog and treks into the sewer system while Lacey (Gabrielle Miller) bribes Brent (Brent Butt) to keep the only working toilet in town a secret. Meanwhile, Emma (Corrine Koslo) tricks Oscar (Eric Peterson) into updating their family portrait when she finds an unused gift certificate.

  • S1 - Episode 4

    "Bait and Click"

Wanda (Nancy Robertson) is frustrated smartphones have replaced her as the town’s wellspring of knowledge so she sends clickbait texts to the citizens of Dog River while Lacey (Gabrielle Miller) uses Wanda’s texts to move menu items in the diner. Davis (Lorne Cardinal) and Karen (Tara Spencer-Nairn) involve Hank (Fred Ewanuick) in a police training exercise, and things get chaotic when he falls too deep into character and can’t get out. Frustrated that Brent (Brent Butt) doesn’t sell live bait at Corner Gas, Oscar (Eric Peterson) sets up a Bait Shack across the street to teach his son a lesson.

  • S1 - Episode 3

    "None of Your Beefwax"

Brent (Brent Butt) and the gang are annoyed when Lacey (Gabrielle Miller) tries to make them eat local, but soon they have no choice when the town's deliveries are mysteriously tardy. Davis (Lorne Cardinal) tries to train "guard bees" while Wanda (Nancy Robertson) sells homemade candles made out of Davis' beeswax.

  • S1 - Episode 2

    "Squatch Your Language"

Davis (Lorne Cardinal) and Emma (Corrine Koslo) share an obsession for the hit fantasy TV show THRONE STRIFE, much to Karen's (Tara Spencer-Nairn) chagrin. Bored, she starts hanging out with a reluctant Oscar (Eric Peterson) and the two realize they have more in common than they thought. Wanda (Nancy Robertson) and Hank (Fred Ewanuick) try to freak out Brent (Brent Butt) with a Sasquatch hoax, but Hank's inability to keep a secret makes things difficult.

  • S1 - Episode 1

    "Bone Dry"

When Brent (Brent Butt) messes up a gas order and Corner Gas runs out of fuel, Oscar (Eric Peterson) steals all the food at the station to teach his son a lesson. No gas and no food causes locals to panic. Lacey (Gabrielle Miller) takes advantage of the situation by offering "exotic" recipes at The Ruby. Meanwhile, Hank (Fred Ewanuick) and Wanda (Nancy Robertson) make fuel out of corn but catch the suspicions of Karen (Tara Spencer-Nairn) and Davis (Lorne Cardinal), who think their experiment is a little less corny and a little more "Breaking Bad".
