TORONTO (February 19, 2026) – Hold on to your beavers! Crave announced today that it is expanding the Drag Race universe in Canada with the all-new Crave Original series, CANADA’S DRAG RACE: ALL STARS. Brooke Lynn Hytes serves as host and resident judge, alongside judges Priyanka and Jimbo, forming the first all-drag judging panel in Drag Race her-story. The full cast is set to be announced at a later date.  

“CANADA’S DRAG RACE is a proven hit with Crave audiences, and we’re excited to build on its momentum with this new series,” said Justin Stockman, Vice President, Content Development &amp; Programming, Bell Media. “Together with our partners at Blue Ant Studios and World of Wonder, we’ve cultivated a vibrant, successful, and distinctly Canadian chapter of a global franchise and can’t wait to see the queens who helped define it return to the main stage.”  

The six-episode, one-hour spin-off of Crave’s award-winning original series CANADA’S DRAG RACE welcomes back queens with unfinished business to compete for the chance to be crowned “Canada’s Ultimate All-Star," and win a cash prize of $100,000.  

CANADA’S DRAG RACE: ALL STARS is Crave’s fourth original series collaboration with Blue Ant Studios and World of Wonder, in a list that includes Canadian Screen Award-winning series CANADA’S DRAG RACE and CANADA’S DRAG RACE: CANADA VS. THE WORLD, and SLAYCATION. 

CANADA’S DRAG RACE: ALL STARS is set to premiere on Crave later this year and will air day-and-date on WOW Presents Plus globally. 

Seasons 1-6 of CANADA’S DRAG RACE, and Seasons 1-2 of CANADA’S DRAG RACE: CANADA VS. THE WORLD and SLAYCATION are available to stream on Crave and WOW Presents Plus.

All return to the Oscars stage after winning last year in their respective acting categories. Hosted by Conan O’Brien, the Oscars will air live on ABC and stream live on Hulu on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT, with the official live red carpet show airing at 6:30 p.m. ET/3:30 p.m. PT.

TORONTO (February 18, 2026) – With production now underway, Crave today announced the principal cast for its first, half-hour, original drama series, YAGA, led by Carrie-Anne Moss (THE MATRIX), Noah Reid (SCHITT’S CREEK), Clark Backo (LETTERKENNY), and Hudson Williams (HEATED RIVALRY).

Based on the hit play by Kat Sandler, who also serves as writer and showrunner, the Crave Original series reimagines the myth of Baba Yaga, as a contemporary mystery thriller set in a small coastal town. Produced by Front Street Pictures and Blink49 Studios in partnership with Crave, YAGA is co-directed by David Frazee and Rachel Talalay, with principal photography currently underway.

YAGA follows Rapp (Noah Reid), a private investigator who arrives in a small coastal town to investigate the disappearance of a young heir to a powerful fishery, Henry Park (Hudson Williams). He finds himself at odds with an apprehensive local detective, Carson (Clark Backo), a charismatic university professor with a taste for younger men, Katherine (Carrie-Anne Moss), and a labyrinth of enigmatic suspects, secret lives, and ancient magic.

Bell Media and Blink49 Studios previously partnered on docuseries QUEEN OF THE CASTLE, and scripted series including DON’T EVEN, LATE BLOOMER, SIGHT UNSEEN, and THE TRADES.

Produced by Front Street Pictures and Blink49 Studios, showrunner is Kat Sandler; co-directors are David Frazee and Rachel Talalay. The series is executive produced by Mackenzie Donaldson, Andrew Miller and Carrie-Anne Moss and produced by Charles Cooper.

FEBRUARY 19 – HBO Original Two-Part Documentary MURDER IN GLITTERBALL CITY  

 	From award-winning filmmakers Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato, this two-part documentary chronicles a 2010 murder case that starts with a 911 phone call that leads police to the gruesome discovery of a body buried in the basement of a Victorian mansion in Louisville, Kentucky. As two men face police interrogators, a story emerges of twisted liaisons. Each partner points an accusatory finger at the other and their respective accounts brim with glaring inconsistencies and false allegations. As two separate murder trials unfold, key pieces of video evidence emerge, subverting expectations about suspects Joey Banis and Jeffrey Mundt. The story is told through the lens of the community, as friends, neighbors, police, attorneys join the author of the book in sharing their perspectives. Part 1 debuts Thursday, Feb. 19 at 8 p.m. ET, followed immediately by Part 2 at 9:20 p.m. ET

 	Toronto’s most notorious official unofficial judge returns in a brand new 30-minute special, taking his brand of justice beyond the courtroom. Judge Tyco first exploded online in 2019 in a web series from Jae and Trey Richards, produced with Much Studios. Now Tyco returns with a 30-minute special case that’s as confusing as it is telling. It’s not just a simple disagreement--it’s two versions of one moment colliding, leaving Tyco to decide whose memory owns the real story. Scott v. Prince. Prince, a returning character from the original series, is back for this showdown, adding bigger threats and bigger confusion. Scott claims Prince hit him. Prince claims he didn’t touch him… he did give him a gentle haymaker. Whatever that means? The special keeps the bold, streetwise Toronto humour fans love, now sharpened for a wider audience, and this time, the show isn’t confined to just the courtroom. Judge Tyco is on the loose and at large.

Astral

MONTRÉAL (February 17, 2026) – Astral, a division of Bell Media, announced today that Emilie Kvist, a Montréal-based interdisciplinary artist, is the winner of the second annual Prochaine Station art competition. Kvist is currently completing a master's degree in fine arts at Concordia University. Her work explores the expansion of traditional print media into realms such as sculpture, instillation, and community engagement, often through experimental processes. 

The competition gives Montréal art students the chance to take over one of the most famous transit hubs, Berri-UQAM station, by exhibiting one of their creations on the station’s largest mural. The opportunity revitalizes the station, designed to foster artistic expression and enhance the passenger experience within the Montréal metro system. Students were invited to submit original artwork that fits this year’s theme: “Montréal, a vibrant heart.” The winning artist earned a $1,000 cash prize and the opportunity for their artwork to be featured in Berri-UQAM station, and throughout the STM network from February 9 to March 8, 2026. 

“Building on the momentum of last year’s launch, the second annual Prochaine Station art competition continues to champion emerging student artists and celebrate the creativity that animates Montréal,” said Eliane Tremblay, Director of Real Estate and Business Development at Bell Media. “Through our ongoing collaboration with Transgesco, we’re proud to bring meaningful artistic expression into shared urban spaces and open the door for the next generation of creators.”

Last night’s SUPER BOWL LX attracted an average audience of 6.8 million viewers on TSN, CTV, RDS, and live streaming on Crave, according to preliminary overnight data from Numeris. Nearly 16 million unique Canadian viewers watched some or all of the NFL’s championship game, as the Seattle Seahawks claimed the 29-13 victory over the New England Patriots at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

TORONTO (February 5, 2026) – Crave announced today the acquisition of SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE UK, the newly unveiled British adaptation of the late‑night franchise that has shaped comedy and pop culture for more than five decades. Premiering Saturday, March 21, the six-episode series will stream on Crave with new episodes available weekly. The news follows the recent announcement revealing premiere details and cast lineup.

 	Set against the backdrop of a quiet riverside town in the Thousand Islands, officer Henry Roland (Stephen Amell, ARROW), finds evidence linking a case of missing illegal substances to his childhood best friend, Tommy Hawley (Hamza Haq, TRANSPLANT), with whom he shares a dark secret. As Henry embarks on a mission to save his friend, a ruthless British crime family, led by matriarch May Ferguson (Minnie Driver, THE SERPENT QUEEN), is also on the hunt for the drugs and Tommy. The series also stars Tamara Podemski (RESERVATION DOGS), Katia Edith Wood (8-Bit Christmas), Jeremy Watson (SURREALESTATE), Kate Corbett (CORONER), Anna Douglas (MRS. FEBRUARY 11 – ORIGIN: THE STORY OF THE BASKETBALL AFRICA LEAGUE *Series Premiere* 

 	Featuring President Barack Obama, J. Cole, Steph Curry, and Masai Ujiri, this four-part documentary series documents the creation and launch of the NBA's first collaboration to operate a league outside North America, a Pan African professional basketball league in partnership with FIBA featuring top club teams from across the African Continent, with each season culminating in a playoff tournament among the top twelve in a format similar to soccer’s Champions League. The series captures the realization of a vision decades in the making, spearheaded by Amadou Gallo Fall and Masai Ujiri, who transformed their long-held dream of elite African basketball into reality, and goes behind the scenes throughout BAL’s first season as it follows the stories of key players, coaches, and teams as they compete to be the historic first BAL champions.
