TORONTO (March 25, 2019) – CP24, Toronto’s source for breaking news, is celebrating 10 years delivering an informative and entertaining wakeup call to viewers across the GTA. CP24 BREAKFAST, having grown into Toronto’s most-watched local morning show, marks its 10th anniversary with a full slate of special guests, airing tomorrow, (Tuesday, March 26) beginning at 5:30 a.m. ET.
Viewers can tune in tomorrow to kick-start their day with CP24 BREAKFAST’s signature engaging and trustworthy blend of the latest breaking news, traffic, and weather, along with a look back at a multitude of highlights from a decade on the air in Toronto.
The show’s 10th anniversary broadcast features guest appearances by a number of former anchors, co-hosts, and special guests, including:
- Mayor John Tory, who will present the hosts with a congratulatory scroll
- Former CP24 BREAKFAST news anchor Ann Rohmer
- Former CP24 BREAKFAST co-host Steve Anthony
- Former CP24 BREAKFAST news anchor Lindsey Deluce
- Former CP24 BREAKFAST co-host Melissa Grelo
The celebratory broadcast is led by hosts Gurdeep Ahluwalia, Pooja Handa, and George Lagogianes, along with meteorologist Bill Coulter, reporter Jamie Gutfreund, traffic and transit specialist Mika Midolo, traffic and safety specialist Cam Woolley, and traffic specialist Lisa Morales.
