June 3 – HBO Max’s HACKS *Episode 7-8*
  • The hit HBO Max comedy HACKS continues with two new episodes Thursday, June 3, starring Jean Smart as legendary Las Vegas comedian Deborah Vance, and Hannah Einbinder as Ava, a young, outcast television writer. The series, which premiered May 13, has been receiving rave reviews, being called a “splendidly dark, biting comedy” by The Globe and Mail, and “a rich contribution to the buddy comedy tradition, never superficial or skin-deep and always very, very funny” by The San Francisco Chronicle. Speaking of series star Jean Smart, Indie Wire says, “anyone enamored with her magnificent prop work and prickly retorts on HBO’s MARE OF EASTTOWN will be in seventh heaven watching her run the gamut in HACKS.”
June 4 – MILK Joins the LGBTQ x Inside Out Collection
  • Dropping during Pride Month, the 2008 film MILK drops on Friday, June 4***. June 6 – SHOWTIME’s THE KINGS *Series Premiere*
  • SHOWTIME’s four-part docuseries THE KINGS premieres Sunday, June 6 at 8 p.m. ET, chronicling the fierce rivalry between the world-champion boxers known as the “Four Kings:” Roberto “Manos de Piedra” Durán, Marvelous Marvin Hagler, Thomas “The Hitman” Hearns, and Sugar Ray Leonard. THE KINGS traces boxing’s evolution from the end of Muhammad Ali’s era to the era of the Four Kings, set against the seismic political and socio-economic shifts taking place in the United States.
