TORONTO (September 12, 2025) – Bell Media and iHeartMedia announced today a long-term extension of their exclusive partnership, solidifying a commitment to deliver unparalleled audio entertainment experiences to audiences across Canada through iHeartRadio Canada. This renewed agreement builds upon nearly a decade of collaboration, which has seen iHeartRadio Canada become a leading digital audio platform, offering a wide range of content including more than 360 licensed Canadian radio stations across 170 markets, hundreds of thousands of podcasts, playlists, and on demand content. 

As part of the partnership extension, Bell Media receives Canadian representation of iHeartRadio’s extensive podcast portfolio, creating new opportunities for advertisers to reach Canadian listeners. 

Since the initial launch of iHeartRadio Canada in 2016, the partnership has brought the iHeartRadio brand to audiences across the nation through multiple digital platforms, including web, app, and auto dashboards, making the iHeartRadio Canada app the first choice for radio listeners across the country.

TORONTO (September 11, 2025) – Chaos comes to play another round as CTV Original competition series THE TRAITORS CANADA returns for its third season, Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CTV, CTV.ca, and the CTV app, beginning Oct. 21, with extended cuts of each episode streaming next day on Crave. Award-winning actress Karine Vanasse once again presides as the cunning gamemaster, summoning 22 new Canadian players to take part in an electrifying and ruthless game of social deduction and deception, vying for the chance to win a cash prize of up to $100,000.

Twenty-two contenders are invited to THE TRAITORS CANADA manor to participate in gruelling challenges, both mental and physical, for the common goal of growing the prize pot with the hopes of claiming it at the end of the game. While all arrive as Faithful, not everyone stays that way as a select few are chosen to play the game as Traitors. While the Faithful spend their days hunting the treacherous players hiding in their midst, the Traitors spend their nights murdering their faithful foes under the cloak of darkness.

In the Season 3 premiere, titled “Overconfidence is a Curse” (Tuesday, Oct. 21 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CTV, CTV.ca, and the CTV app), Karine’s 22 invited guests arrive at the manor for a new season of THE TRAITORS CANADA. While some of the players may fancy themselves masterminds and superior strategists who know everything about what the game entails, every player quickly discovers that their hostess has her fair share of surprises in store, and that confidence can be a double-edged sword.

SEPTEMBER 16 – LOVE ISLAND GAMES *Season 2 Premiere* 

 	Season 2 of LOVE ISLAND GAMES premieres Tuesday, Sept. 16. Hosted by Olympic gold medallist Jon Montgomery, THE AMAZING RACE CANADA is set to welcome a new group of racers to the starting line when it returns in 2026, with casting details to be announced.

Astral was selected following a call for proposals to manage advertising on buses and transit shelters in Québec City.

The agreement will enhance the experience for RTC users by installing new digital advertising screens, modernizing heated transit shelters, and replacing customer information screens.

 	Coming off the most-consumed season on record in Canada for the NFL, Bell Media platforms remain the exclusive television broadcast partners of the NFL in Canada. Once again, CTV plays host to extensive coverage of the NFL regular season with MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL (8 p.m. ET on CTV2; and Sept. 8  and Sept. 15 on CTV), THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL (8 p.m. ET on CTV2; and Sept. 11 and Sept. 18 on CTV), and SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL (8:30 p.m. ET on CTV), as well as the NFL Playoffs and SUPER BOWL LX.

TORONTO ​(September 5, 2025)​ – Bell Media’s previously announced partnership with Shopsense AI has expanded to now include TSN, Canada’s Sports Leader. The new TSN Shop delivers a curated shopping experience for TSN viewers through Shopsense AI’s leading shoppable TV technology, beginning tonight during the CFL ON TSN’s FRIDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL. 

During TSN broadcasts, viewers scan an on-screen QR code to browse and purchase merchandise, including wardrobe items inspired by those worn by TSN personalities, CFL team gear, road trip essentials, and much more. Viewers can select the products they’re interested in, and are then redirected to the product website where they’re able to make a purchase.

TORONTO (September 3, 2025) – CTV News announced today that award-winning journalist Carolyn Jarvis joins the network as weekday Anchor for CTV News Channel, the organization’s 24-hour all-news network, effective September 15.

Jarvis anchors weekdays beginning at 3 p.m. ET on CTV News Channel, keeping Canadian viewers informed with national and international headlines, in-depth interviews with newsmakers, and more. She also leads an all-new weekday program wrapping up the day’s biggest stories at 6 p.m. ET on CTV News Channel.

Jarvis brings to CTV News more than 20 years of experience as a national news anchor, reporter, and investigative correspondent. She most recently served as Chief Investigative Correspondent at Global News, where she was best-known for her results-driven investigative journalism.

“News today has to be immediate, accurate and insightful,” said Jarvis. “I’m honoured to be joining CTV News Channel, where we will help inform and enlighten Canadians with stories that reflect their communities, delivered on any platform.”

She has received a multitude of awards for large-scale investigative journalism projects, including the Canadian Journalism Foundation’s top prize for Excellence in Journalism (2025); the Canadian Screen Award for Best National Reporter (2018); multiple RTDNA Awards; New York Festivals awards (2015, 2016, 2018), and recognition from the Sidney Hillman Foundation (2023 &amp; 2018).

In addition to her on-air work, Jarvis takes pride in mentoring young journalists and working on collaborative projects with universities and newsrooms across the country.
